Vendor Fee for Events at South Dominion Vineyard

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at South Dominion Vineyard for the summer and fall events! We are excited to feature local artisans, makers, and food vendors at our vineyard this season.

Fee Structure (for one or both days)

$25.00 Vendor Fee for 10x10 ft space (Crafters & Artisans)

$50.00 Vendor Fee for 10x10 ft space (Food Vendors)

Event Requirements

• Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the event to set up their 10x10 booth
• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and tents
• This is a rain or shine event – no refunds due to weather
• Vendors must remain for the full event duration (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• No early breakdowns allowed
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and cleanup
